GoHighLevel

Child development funnel

A full GoHighLevel ecosystem for a child-development organisation: funnels, payments, programs, community and automation in one system instead of five that ignored each other.

Background

The organisation supports parents with child-development programs, but it was relying on disconnected tools and manual processes.

I designed and built a centralised GoHighLevel system that manages marketing, enrolment, payments, program delivery, communication and the full member experience end to end.

What was breaking

Fragmented tools and duplicated work. Unclear journeys after signup. Manual onboarding. Poor visibility into pipelines and revenue. And no single place to manage courses, blog content and community.

The audit

I mapped the entire lifecycle, from lead and nurture through offer, payment, onboarding, program delivery and retention, then documented the gaps and the automation opportunities as an implementation blueprint before touching the build.

What I built

A GoHighLevel ecosystem with funnels and high-intent landing pages, structured program pages, optimised checkout flows, and pipelines with automated status updates.

Bundled offers and upsells. Automated payments and receipts. Onboarding and engagement emails with reminders. Gated courses and community spaces. A centralised blog. All of it connected, so work stopped being duplicated and members stopped getting lost between steps.

Implementation

I designed the full funnel architecture, implemented automations and triggers at every step, integrated payments and access rules, structured the pipelines so the team could actually see where people were, built the course and community areas, centralised the blog and page content, and tested every flow end to end.

Handover

A full system walkthrough, admin instructions, troubleshooting guidelines, and a clear process for updating content going forward.

What changed

The organisation now operates from one platform instead of several, which reduced the manual workload and made the member experience coherent.
