Lowcountry Garage Ops

The GoHighLevel side of a garage-organisation business in Charleston: the quote form, the pipeline behind it, and everything that happens once a lead arrives.

Scope

The website runs on WordPress and was not part of this work. My scope was the GoHighLevel side: the lead form, the automations, the pipeline, the email and SMS follow-up, and the tracking.

Why that split matters

A quote form is the cheapest part of a lead system and the least important. What decides whether a lead becomes a job is what happens in the minutes and days afterwards: whether it reaches someone, whether follow-up goes out when the owner is on a job site, and whether anyone can see where a lead stalled.

That is the part I built.

Got something that works like this?

Bring the process that annoys you most. A short call is usually enough for me to tell you whether it is worth automating.
